The first husband of a 28-year-old Bradford woman who died in Pakistan has admitted to strangling her to death according to Police sources in the country.
Samia Shahid, from the Manningham area died last month in Northen Punjab among claims she was the victim of a so called 'honour killing'.
Her first husband, Mohammed Shakeel and her father, Choudary Shahid, appeared in court at the weekend after being charged in connection with her death.
Local MP, Naz Shah said she had received reports of Shakeel's confession but did stress the confession came outside of court.
