A gang armed with machetes and wearing masks robbed a man in Bury.
At around 10pm on Wednesday 4 October, police were called to reports of a robbery on Sixth Avenue.
Three masked men, one wearing a pig’s mask, had approached the victim’s house and gone through the back garden to the kitchen door, which they forced open.
Once inside, they threatened the 31-year-old victim with machetes and a taser, demanding that he give them money.
They then kicked the victim repeatedly in the face, before leaving the house.
The man was taken to hospital for treatment and has since been released.
