Police are appealing for information on the whereabouts of Rameez Raja, of Bradford.
Officers would like to speak to him about an incident where threats were allegedly made against a woman in the BD5 area.
He is described as being of large build and approximately 5ft 6ins tall. He also has a scar above his left eye.
Officers are continuing with enquiries to locate Raja and anyone who can assist is asked to contact police on 101.
