Police are appealing for witnesses after a man was left seriously injured in an assault in Batley.
The incident took place between 10.15pm and 10.45pm on Warwick Road in Batley on Thursday 27 July.
It occurred after the victim, a 36-year-old man, was attacked while in the street by two other males.
They fled the scene, heading towards Town Street, leaving the victim with a serious head injury.
He was taken to Leeds General Infirmary where he remains in a serious condition.
The first suspect was described as Asian, about 6ft tall, of slim to medium build and wearing a dark hooded top.
The second man was 5ft 6in tall, stocky and wearing a dark coloured hooded top.
