Police in Kirklees are appealing for information following a burglary at a property in Marsh.
The incident occurred between 2.30pm and 3.30pm on 1 July at an address on Heatherfield Road.
The occupant of the property was in her front garden when she was approached by two males, who offered to help her tidy up.
The suspects then asked for a glass of water, and while the victim went inside the house, the suspects entered the property and began to search the occupant's bedroom.
When challenged by the victim, a woman in her 80s, the male suspects made off on foot.
The victim discovered her bank cards and several electronic items had been taken a short time later and alerted police.
The first suspect is described as Asian, of slim build, approximately 5ft 5in tall, and thought to be around 21-years-old. He had short, messy, dark brown hair and was wearing a grey jumper and dark coloured jeans.
The second suspect is also described as Asian and thought to be around 24-years-old. He had short, curly, light brown hair and was wearing a brown jacket which had a checked pattern inside with light coloured trousers.
