Mukhtar Kazmi, admitted nine charges of handling stolen goods at a previous hearing, and was also sentenced at Bradford Crown Court for his part in a burglary at a Dewsbury motorcycle dealership in which £178,000 worth of bikes were stolen.
Kazmi, of Curzon Road, Bradford Moor, was still on bail for the offences when he was spotted by Police leaving the scene of the burglary in Dewsbury carrying motorcycle helmets and other goods.
Kazmi was sentenced to six and a half years.
