A school in Huddersfield was closed following the death of one of its pupils during a trip.
Aiman Abdullah, a pupil at Birkby Junior School in Fartown, was visiting North Huddersfield Trust School when she was taken ill. The year three student was treated at the scene but died in hospital shortly afterwards.
The school was shut on Tuesday 28 November as a sign of respect and professional support will be available for children as the school reopens today, 29 November.
