Leeds United say they will honour a promise to refund fans if they fail to make the playoffs.
The Championship club asserted that it will give back 25% of the cost of a season ticket if the ticket was bought before the end of May 2016.
After their 3-3 draw with Norwich on Saturday, 29 April, Gary Monk’s team requires a 14-goal swing in the final round of fixtures to make the playoffs.
It is believed that the club, which has extended the deadline for supporters to claim their money back, have already begun sending forms to season ticket holders who qualify for the refund.
