Amazon has won the rights to stream 20 Premier League football matches, breaking Sky and BT Sport’s hold on England’s top flight.
The e-commerce platform won one of two broadcast packages and will be able to show every game from the first round of midweek fixtures in December and all 10 matches on Boxing Day as part of the three-year deal.
The deal will take effect from 2019.
The other unsold package of 20 games was bought by BT Sport for £90m.
