A new era of convenience is arriving for digital radio services
Multiplexes across Leeds, Bradford, East Lancashire, Milton Keynes, and Halifax join forces in a strategic partnership aimed at delivering a more streamlined experience for both users and broadcasters.
As part of this initiative, information and updates for all participating multiplexes will now be available through a single, unified website. This centralised platform simplifies how radio services stay informed and apply for carriage across these key areas, eliminating the need to navigate multiple channels.
Raj Parmar, a partner in the initiative, commented:
“It makes sense for our users to have access to a streamlined site offering information and updates. This collaboration is a step toward improving transparency and accessibility in local digital broadcasting.”
The newly launched website has been designed to improve efficiency for community and commercial radio service providers, consolidating essential data, announcements, technical details, and contact points into one convenient location.
To further support broadcasters, a multi-carriage discount is available for services applying to join more than one participating area, making it easier and more cost-effective to expand their digital footprint.
Radio services looking to join any of the listed multiplexes are encouraged to express their interest via email at info@dabbroadcast.com.
