Two men have been jailed after a haul of drugs worth nearly £2m was recovered in Salford.
James Henderson-Burke, 29, of Kirtley Avenue, Eccles, pleaded guilty to possession of Class A drugs. He was sentenced to six years and nine months in prison.
Daniel Shailer, 27, of Barton Road, Eccles also pleaded guilty to possession of Class A drugs and was sentenced to five years and three months in prison.
On Friday 24 February 2017 police executed a warrant at a property on Barton Road in Eccles, as part of an investigation into drug dealing in the area.
Officers seized over 5kg of cocaine with an estimated street value of £1.8m. Henderson-Burke and Shailer were arrested at the scene and later charged.
