
Detectives investigating the death of Polish national Marcin Siarczynski whose body was found near a canal towpath have now charged two men.
Pawel Piotr Olszewski, 25, and Krzysztof Olszewski, 20, both from Ravensthorpe, will appear before Kirklees Magistrates in Huddersfield this morning after being charged with murder.
The men were arrested on Wednesday on suspicion of the murder of Marcin, 37, whose body was found near to Low Mill Lane, Ravensthorpe on 14 March.
A 29 year old man arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender has been bailed pending further enquiries.
Detective Chief Inspector Mark Swift, of the Homicide and Major Enquiries Team, said:
"We would like to thank the public for their response to our appeal last week for information about Mr Siarczynski's lifestyle or his movements prior to his death.
