A primary school was evacuated in Greater Manchester over a hoax bomb threat.
More than 200 pupils and staff were ordered to leave Higher Lane Primary in Whitefield on Monday 11 February for around an hour.
Greater Manchester Police sealed off Egerton Road whilst carrying out a search of the building but nothing suspicious was discovered.
Some parents have reacted angrily after being informed of the incident by the school via text and only told it was for “safety reasons”.
