Plans have been revealed which set out to restore one of Bradford’s most iconic buildings.

Conditioning House on Cape Street, a former textile-testing centre, has been derelict for almost 30 years.

The Grade II listed building, built in 1902 by the council, was bought around 12 months ago by the Priestley Group.

The new owners have sent proposals to Bradford Council that would regenerate the site into 130 one and two-bed apartments, offices, a gym and a cafe.

The overall development is expected to take in the region of 18 months and will cost about £8.5 million.
