Surfing may become easier in Bradford – as plans for free Wi-Fi could be carried out in the city centre.
A collaboration between BT and InLink UK could see old phone boxes replaced with digital display screens which offer free Wi-Fi and mobile phone charging.
The partners say the services would be free of charge as revenue is generated through advertising.
Applications for various sites have been submitted to Bradford Council.
