The Liberal Democrats won a by-election for a seat at Bradford Council.
The vote was brought about in the Bolton and Undercliffe ward following the death of the sitting councillor Ian Greenwood.
Amid a 29 per cent turn-out, Rachel Sunderland won with 1733 votes, which was 51 per cent of the vote.
Labour’s Amriz Hussain came second.
