
Police are appealing for witnesses after a firearms discharge on Alder Street in Huddersfield.
No one was injured during the incident, which is believed to have happened between 6.00am and 6.30am on Sunday 5 May, but a house was damaged.
Enquiries into the incident remain ongoing.
Detective Chief Inspector Ian Scott of the Protective Services (Crime) Division, said: “Thankfully no one was injured during the incident but it has understandably caused concern in the community.
“We believe it was a targeted incident and I would like to appeal to anyone who saw this incident or has information about it to call police on 101 quoting crime reference 13190230527.”
