Bonfire night festivities saw firework related disorder across West Yorkshire.
In two separate incidents in the Harehills and Hyde Park areas of Leeds, groups of youths blocked streets with bins and other items that were set on fire. Fireworks were also thrown at emergency services staff who responded to the incidents.
Officers in protective equipment, including helmet and shields, were deployed to the areas to disperse the groups. No one was injured in either incident but damage was caused to a number of vehicles, including police cars.
In Bradford one crew had fireworks thrown at them and a vehicle was damaged after a wheelie bin was thrown under a fire engine.
