A decomposed body was found by a member of the public in parkland in Leeds.
A post mortem was carried out on the corpse yesterday, 7 January, following the discovery on land near to Cross Green Lane on Friday 5 January.
The body is believed to be male and the death is being treated by police as unexplained.
A spokesperson for West Yorkshire Police said: “Inquiries are ongoing to try and identify who this person was.”
