Children from two local schools will be telling a time travelling story of Keighley’s Past, Present and Future as part of the celebrations for Cliffe Castle Museum and Park’s grand reopening.
Year Six children from Long Lee and Ingrow Primary Schools are helping launch the event on Sunday 10 December with the performance of a drama which they have researched and helped to write themselves after visiting the refurbished attraction for inspiration.
They will be performing at 11.30am in the Bracewell Smith Hall, as part of the annual ‘Christmas at the Castle’ event which this year includes the grand reopening of the Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) supported park restoration.
