Bradford brothers jailed over cannabis factory

Two brothers from Bradford have been jailed for their role in a cannabis factory.

Mohammed Anwar, 33, and Mohammed Imran, 38, both from the Little Horton area, admitted conspiring to produce cannabis in Nottingham between June 1 and August 6 last year.

Nottingham Crown Court heard how police broke into a property after a team of Vietnamese workers escaped across nearby rooftops from the factory.

4,049 cannabis plants were found, with an estimated street value of up to £3.5 million.

The brothers were handed prison terms of five years and six months.
