Greater Manchester Police are investigating an armed robbery in Wigan.
Shortly after 8.00pm on Tuesday 23 January, police were called to reports of an armed robbery at a Subway store on Ormskirk Road, Pemberton.
A man entered the store and jumped over the sandwich counter before holding the staff at knifepoint and demanding cash.
The robber then fled with a quantity of cash after turning right down Ormskirk Road as he left the shop.
Nobody was injured during the robbery.
The offender has been described as white, of medium build and approximately 5ft 8ins tall.
