Police are appealing for witnesses following an arson attack on a pub in Castleford.
Wakefield District CID would like to speak to anyone who has information about a fire at the Picture House pub which took place at about 4.50am on Sunday 15th January 2017.
No one was injured in the incident however the blaze which fire service investigators believe was started deliberately, caused a huge amount of damage.
Detective Sergeant Phil Davis of Wakefield District CID, said:
"We are keen to speak with anyone who saw two men behaving suspiciously outside of the property just before the fire began.”
Anyone who has any information about the fire is asked to contact Wakefield CID via 101.
